NEW YORK and SEATTLE, Nov. 22, 2011 – Ipsos Loyalty has partnered with survey software firm Survey Analytics to offer clients mobile research panel capabilities through the Ipsos Loyalty Engagement Panel Mobile Network offering.
The Ipsos Loyalty Engagement Panel Mobile Network offers clients the ability to recruit mobile research panels using a controlled, “by invitation only” method. Panelists are sourced from the customer databases of partner companies, which come from a variety of industries that include financials, grocery retail, drug stores, travel, consumer product, and entertainment companies. The Engagement Panel offering allows panelists to provide qualitative feedback on ideas, allows panelists to talk to each other, allows panelists to come up with their own ideas and allows panelists to have other panel members vote on them. Panelists can also receive surveys based on location; their smartphones get alerted once a survey is sent to them or once another panelists comment on a common topic. Customers can also be recruited on-location using QR-code technology.
