Qualitative Research Consultants Association Elects New Board of Directors

The Qualitative Research Consultants Association has elected a new Board of Directors for 2011-12, led by President Susan Thornhill joined by eight experienced qualitative researchers.

 

The Qualitative Research Consultants Association has elected a new Board of Directors for 2011-12.

The board will focus its efforts on strengthening the QRCA brand, building and enhancing relationships with industry partners, strengthening member value, and continuing the high standards for all association operations.

The nine-member board is lead by President Susan Thornhill, founder of Thornhill Associates in Hermosa Beach, CA. She is joined by eight experienced qualitative researchers:

  • Vice President Susan Saurage-Altenloh, Saurage Research (Houston, TX)
  • Treasurer Foster Winter, Sigma: Research Management Group (Cincinnati, OH)
  • Secretary Liz Van Patten, Van Patten Research (Southampton, NY)
  • Susan Abbott, Abbott Research & Consulting (Toronto, Canada)
  • Manuela Fletcher, Andrew Fletcher Consulting Ltd. (Wellington, New Zealand)
  • Kendall Nash, Burke, Inc. (Cincinnati, OH)
  • Benjamin Smithee, Spych Market Analytics (Arlington, TX)
  • Monica Zinchiak, Z. Research Services (San Diego, CA)
