CMI Names Beth Rounds Chief Operating Officer

CMI, a market research and customer experience company, has appointed Beth Rounds as its Chief Operating Officer, a new position within CMI.
Atlanta, July 8, 2013 - CMI, a market research and customer experience company, has appointed Beth Rounds as its Chief Operating Officer, a new position within CMI:
Beth brings over 25 years of experience in the market research industry, combining a pragmatic style with strong general management skills to create linkages between business, marketing and sales strategies.
Over the course of her career, Beth has held various positions in operations, strategic account management and marketing, in large global and mid-sized domestic companies. Prior to joining CMI, Beth was a partner with Cambiar Consulting, the leading management consulting company to the industry. She also held positions at Custom Research, Inc, GfK, and MarketTools.
Beth has extensive experience as a speaker, at both domestic and international industry gatherings on the future of research, strategy and leadership.

Rounds will assume responsibility for sales, marketing, client services, operations and product development.
