ISA began conducting in-language data collection in 1983. Since then we have trained our staff, built systems and refined the techniques needed to research minority populations. We are able to apply our knowledge and experience everyday to guide our clients in the right direction and help eliminate costly cultural snafus. As a result, ISA is recognized as an industry leader in conducting phone and F2F data collection with ethnic communities in America and worldwide. We have a Spanish speaking staff of over 100 and a full support staff of Spanish speaking QA and floor supervisors. ISA conducts more Asian language surveys than anyone else in America and has a regular staff of Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Filipino. Our in-language interviewers go through the same intense training and monitoring as our English-speaking staff plus additional certification in their language. All interviewers use in-language on-screen scripts so nothing is left to interpretation. Our in-language interviewers have worked on a variety of consumer and business to business work such as general product A&U to sensitive social/political issues to complicated financial and technical related topics.
