Ethnography/other qualitative methodologies: focus groups, in-home discussion groups, “shop-alongs,” home visits, and other forms of ethnography. Other Services: discussion guide development, managing recruiters, moderating using creative participant exercises, and reporting actionable insights.
Survey design/project management: defining objectives, getting stakeholder agreement, interfacing with sample vendors, programming, full data analysis of both closed and open-ended questions, and creation of a presentation to clearly present findings and recommendations.
