Our UX Research Lab in Shanghai was built specifically to test your digital products on Chinese users, gather insights and provide actionable recommendations. Our clients include Microsoft, Agoda, Dyson, TomTom, Kaspersky, Epson, Lenovo and many more.
Our custom-built facility is ideal to host focus group interviews, one-on-one user interviews, usability testing and a wide range of qualitative user studies in Shanghai. Our observation room with one-way-mirror has eight stations to observe, each with headphones with optional translation or live audio lines, translation station, power and wi-fi. Our facility has HD video and balanced audio recording.
We have car park spaces with video/audio streaming to our observation room for automotive testing, and a kitchen and preparation area for food and beverage user research.
