Open House Lofts are creative innovation spaces customized to host focus groups, in-depth interviews, ideation workshops and meetings. The brainchild of a planner and moderator who had become disillusioned with sterile, lab-like focus group facilities and traditional recruiting, Open House Lofts was founded in 1999 as a creative alternative to the norm. We are researchers first, and so Open House was born out of our own need to facilitate research in a better way, providing an environment more conducive to inspiring quality consumer insights Open House clients and respondents enjoy a uniquely refined, boutique experience, but with all the accoutrements and standard services of a traditional focus group facility. Only one client at a time is hosted in any of Open House's 3,000 square foot loft spaces, ensuring the highest level of service and accommodation. Premium in-house recruiting and moderating is also offered. Open House has spaces in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. Open House is the original non-traditional market research innovation space, and is a division of WHY-Q INC., a global, full-service market research and brand consultancy.
