Focus Pointe Global has developed a new survey app to enhance the respondent user experience.
Focus Pointe Global (FPG), a leading national provider of marketing research data collection, has announced the V1 launch of a new proprietary survey app. This new tool enhances the research experience by providing a more fluid method of engagement for its panel members.
V1 features currently allow panel members to:
- Take client surveys
- Receive push notifications for new available studies and qualification screening
- Receive initial confirmation and reminder notifications for upcoming scheduled studies
- Manage their FPG user account, including updating profile data points
- Send panel membership referrals
- Take topical, fun polls and receive immediate feedback on how other panelists answered
Recent industry feedback indicates an essential need for researchers to consider the respondent experience. To gain the best possible outcomes, FPG conducted research-on-research with its panel members to gather input on how they prefer to participate. Respondents indicated a strong desire for a mobile-friendly method that would speed delivery of studies as they become available. The FPG POV app has been enthusiastically received by FPG’s panel members, and the Company expects a high adoption rate across its national network.
The app benefits clients by providing more engaged respondents who are notified via mobile by push notifications, speeding recruiting operations, and boosting show rates.
