Chuck Miller is president of Digital Marketing & Measurement, LLC (DM2), a research agency focused on communications and measurement in emerging media. During his more than 20 years in research, Chuck has built significant capabilities in provider and end client organizations, including over 10 years as a Vice President at AOL and Time Warner leading Consumer Insights and Business Intelligence functions. A pioneer in online research, Chuck is named Inventor on a US Patent associated with the first survey router. As a recognized thought-leader in marketing research, Chuck frequently publishes, speaks at conferences, and leads many industry initiatives.

Andy Ellis, COO of global human answers platform Lucid, has 15+ years experience managing global operations, sales and technology teams in the market research industry. Andy joined Lucid as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, soon becoming President of Lucid business units Federated Sample and Fulcrum. In March 2016, he became COO, Lucid.
Before Lucid, Andy was Managing Director Europe and Asia-Pacific at Greenfield Online. He was part of the executive management team responsible for building them into a global, 600+ employee, publicly traded company, leading to the ultimate sale of the business to Microsoft in 2008. Andy holds a B.A. in Economics (Creighton University).
