Dana Cassady, Manager, Client Development, Recollective
Dana manages relationships with all existing Recollective accounts. Having joined the Recollective team in 2014, a time when insight communities were still an emerging tool in the research industry, Dana has held a uniquely close perspective on the development of both the technology at play and the ways in which research professionals have made use of it. As part, he has collaborated with 500+ agencies around the globe on the deployment of thousands of communities, ranging vastly in both scope and application.
Prior to Recollective, Dana was a Sr. Research Analyst at OnResearch in Toronto, ON. In this time he found himself enthralled by the research industry, but critical of certain flaws present when dealing with online engagement tools. This suspicion surrounding the efficacy of online tools available at the time, sparked his interest in the potential of online insights communities
