  Katie Gross, Chief Customer Officer, Suzy: ????A long-time MRX veteran, Katie Gross knows the importance of bringing your consumer into every business decision. Her deep understanding of the full market research value chain stems from 18 years of international experience across every facet of the industry — working with insights agencies Mintel and Stylus to individual brands at Avilton Foods, and even within the world of programmatic survey sampling at Cint and Toluna. Now in her role as Chief Client Officer, she manages the Sales, CS, and Market Research Center of Excellence teams to provide best-in-class customer service for Suzy’s impressive roster of enterprise clients.

Outside of work, Katie tirelessly advocates for women in the workplace, with an added focus on fostering financial independence. She counts herself a member of Women In Research’s WIRexec program, all-female leadership network Chief, and the Financial Gym. She can be found kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding on the lakes of Northern New Jersey.

  Mary Emerson Baker, Director of Market Research, Suzy: With over 20 years experience in B2B and B2C marketing research on both client and agency sides, Mary brings knowledge, curiosity and passion to her clients in creative research design to uncover and provide actionable insights to her clients. She has worked in brand and market strategy, product development, packaging, marketing, consumer satisfaction, branding, communication/PODs, packaging and all aspects/phases of advertising/campaign development across a myriad of goods and service industries. She has started and grown research departments from the ground up.

In her career, she has headed research departments for Metropolitan Insurance, Thomson Consumer Electronics (GE/RCA), Experian, EBK Research, and led many custom projects for PRS Research. Her most recent experience at Kantar involved client-facing research strategy, developing and implementing a variety of Quant.-Qual. approaches.

Mary earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Finance at Bryant University.

  Bryan Silverman, SVP, Audience Development, Suzy: Bryan started at Suzy as a sales development representative (SDR) and moved on to become an Enterprise Account Executive, then Chief of Staff to the CEO, until he finally arrived at his current role. Prior to Suzy, Bryan started and ran his own company with his brother, Jordan (Star Toilet Paper), and was named College Entrepreneur of 2012 by Entrepreneur Magazine. Bryan graduated from Duke University with a BS in Neuroscience.

At Suzy, Bryan leads revenue strategies and partnerships on the product team. He is in charge of creating new lines of business, taking in customer feedback and providing value-add product benefits, and leading the product-led growth charge
