Since 2002, mct Inc. has been focusing on supporting clients in Japan and abroad to pursue human-centered innovation through a design research approach.
With project experience throughout Asia, Europe and North and South America, plus a multicultural and multilingual team, we constantly work with clients and users beyond Japan.
We have conducted various design and user research for both global and Japanese corporate clients in 46 of the 48 prefectures in Japan as well as in 30+ cities, across 20+ countries worldwide.
We are driven to develop meaningful experiences for people based on a deep understanding of their goals and contextual needs, and we believe this is done through advanced qualitative design research.
