With over thirty years of experience working with research panels of various types, Frank has a passion for understanding the various elements necessary to successfully manage research panels. As the Market Research Practice Lead at Virtual Incentives, Frank works with a diverse and talented team to design and implement innovative and efficient solutions for engaging respondents via incentive offers. Frank leverages his skills in process improvement, strategy, and market research to create value for our partners and stakeholders. Previously, Frank was the Global Head of Panel Platforms and Systems at Ipsos, where he led the development and optimization of online panel platforms and systems across multiple markets and regions. Frank also held numerous positions at Kantar Profiles, including G;lobal Panel Director and Head of Marketing. During a 13-year career at Nielsen, Frank spent six years as the Global Product Head for Consumer Panel Services. Frank is always eager to learn new things, collaborate with others, and challenge himself to grow as a market research professional.
