Isla is Head of Customer Insights at Cathay, where she leads the enterprise-wide insights strategy across Travel, Cargo, and Lifestyle businesses. Her work focuses on embedding customer understanding into strategic decision-making, enabling teams across marketing, sales, experience design, and service delivery to act on data-driven insights. Prior to joining Cathay, Isla served as Head of CX and Research Strategy Greater China at Qualtrics, bringing a unique blend of commercial and consulting expertise to her role.
