From an early age, Shelly was fascinated by people. She marvelled the shifts in communication style between countries, neighbourhoods and communities. Inspired by the importance of cultural context, Shelly is now a mixed-methods researcher that dives deep into the customer experience. Stakeholders rely on her ability to capture, contextualize and deliver actionable stories based on customer insights. Shelly graduated from the University of British Columbia where she studied anthropogeography, or the relationship between humans, communities, culture, environment, and economics.
