MESH Experience, the award-winning global data, insight and analytics company, today announced a significant new hire, to support the substantial growth coming from their new vertical study on Retail Banking.
Mark Thompson joins as an Experience Director, working with the team in London to increase their clients’ understanding of customer experiences. In particular, Mark will be focusing on their retail banking study, to identify key areas where banks and building societies can build relationships with their customers and contextualize the wider industry.
Mark has joined from Kantar Millward Brown, where he was part of a growing Media & Digital team, specializing in campaign effectiveness research, helping clients to understand and optimize their advertising activity.
