Jo is a global foresight strategist who joined Dig in early 2025. She is focused on setting our future strategy for global expansion and how we leverage foresight. Prior to joining Dig, Jo held leadership positions in Foresight at McDonald’s and Mars within their US headquarters. She is also the founder of Foresight Inside Group, a network for corporate foresight professionals inside some of the world's largest brands, and Partner at Copenhagen Institute for Future Studies.
