Are sessions recorded if I miss one?

Sessions are not recorded, but after the event, we will share the presentation decks we’re permitted to.

Will there be simultaneous sessions?

Yes, IIEX Europe features multiple tracks running at the same time. Be sure to review the agenda carefully to plan which sessions you don’t want to miss.

When and where is IIEX Europe 2026?

IIEX Europe 2026 takes place 23–24 June 2026 at Beurs van Berlage, Damrak 243, Amsterdam, Netherlands. The venue is a 2-minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal station and 15 minutes by direct train from Schiphol airport. Both days run 9:00–17:00 CET, with an evening networking reception on day one.

Do you offer group discounts for IIEX Europe?

How much does it cost to attend IIEX Europe?"

IIEX Europe 2026 offers tiered tickets: Early Bird, Standard, and On-Site rates, with a 20%- 40% discount for groups of 3 or more from the same company. Tickets include all sessions, networking lunch, the day-one drinks reception, and recordings. Current rates and the Early Bird deadline are on the registration page.

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Yes, our refund policy is as follows: - Full refund: If you cancel in writing at least 60 days before the event. - 50% refund: If you cancel in writing at least 30 days before the event. - No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.

Can someone attend in my place?

Yes, substitutions are allowed at any time. Just note: the attendee’s status (brand, researcher, academic, etc.) must match the original registration type or the fee may be adjusted.

Are refunds offered for no-shows?

No, unfortunately, we do not issue refunds or credits for no-shows.

I received a discount code after purchasing my ticket. Can it be applied retroactively?

Discount codes cannot be applied to registrations after purchase. Additionally, our standard cancellation policies apply: cancellations made in writing at least 60 days before the event are eligible for a full refund, and those made at least 30 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event. If you choose to cancel and repurchase, current pricing will apply based on the active ticket tier at the time of registration.
