IIEX Europe is an in-person event, designed for face-to-face networking and immersive learning. Select sessions may be recorded for on-demand viewing post-event.

What’s the best way to get to the venue?
Venue is easily accessible by public transportation, taxi, and rideshare. Nearby metro, tram, or train stations will be listed on the event page closer to the date.
Will there be parking available?
Limited parking may be available at or near the venue. We encourage using public transit where possible and will include parking recommendations soon.
Are there hotels nearby?
Yes! We’ll be sharing a list of recommended hotels with special rates for attendees. Check back on the Venue & Travel page for booking links.
Agenda
Will the agenda change before the event?
Yes, the agenda is subject to change as new speakers and sessions are confirmed. Check back regularly for updates, we keep it current!
How can I build my personal schedule?
You’ll be able to favorite sessions and build your own agenda once you’re registered and logged into the event platform. More details will be sent in your "Get Ready" email.
Are sessions recorded if I miss one?
Sessions are not recorded, but after the event, we will share the presentation decks we’re permitted to.
Will there be simultaneous sessions?
Yes, IIEX Europe features multiple tracks running at the same time. Be sure to review the agenda carefully to plan which sessions you don’t want to miss.

Alert: IIEX Events will never call you to ask that you book your hotel room. Please be aware of hotel scams, and only book through the booking links on our website.
Do you provide visa invitation letters for international attendees?
Yes, we’re happy to provide visa support letters upon request. Please email [email protected] with your registration confirmation.

Do you offer group discounts for IIEX Europe?
Yes! If you're planning to attend as a group, we offer special pricing. To request a group discount, please contact us at: [email protected]. Please note: Group discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes.
Refunds & Cancellations
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Yes, our refund policy is as follows: - Full refund: If you cancel in writing at least 60 days before the event. - 50% refund: If you cancel in writing at least 30 days before the event. - No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
Can someone attend in my place?
Yes, substitutions are allowed at any time. Just note: the attendee’s status (brand, researcher, academic, etc.) must match the original registration type or the fee may be adjusted.
Are refunds offered for no-shows?
No, unfortunately, we do not issue refunds or credits for no-shows.
