Amy is Futures Director at Cultural Strategy and Insights Agency Crowd DNA. Based in London, she's spent the last 10 years helping some of the world's biggest brands future-proof their strategy; sifting the long-standing signals of change from the social noise. Amy is well skilled in interpreting cultural change, both fast and slow, micro to macro, fads to far futures for companies like Diageo, L'Oréal, Nestlé, Google, Meta and many more. Cutting her teeth at renowned forecasting agency The Future Laboratory, before moving into consumer insights, she's able to layer over human-first insights and behaviour change to produce strategic foresight with impact. When she's not working on cultural futures, she can be found riding her bike around leafy south London.
