I guess I began my career in insight with coming runner-up in the ESOMAR Young Researcher of the Year 2013 competition. And yes, for a highly competitive person like me, placing second burns to this very day. I've worked across challenges for the likes of Bacardi, Danone, Allied Bakeries, Sky, Southern Water, Nutmeg Finance and Curaleaf. One enduring theme I've found is illuminating insight is forged in challenging and vulnerable conversations. I adore forging these insights, and using them to communicate simple strategic stories from complex data that inspire action. It's a privilege to also be the Women in Research London lead as well as sit on the MRS EDI Council. Both roles allow me to support and drive change for women and lesser heard groups.
