Fiona is a co-founder of Crater Lake & Co (set up to make sense of it all when it comes to measurement) and diversityunlimited.org (set up to bring award-winning, diverse-owned insight agencies together). She is a member of the Marketing Society, Fellow of the Market Research Society and Past President of the Market Research Council in New York.
