Jon is an multi award winning researcher, entrepreneur and author. He’s founder and MD of Kindling, a strategic research consultancy. His book, ‘Asking for Trouble, Understanding what people think when you can’t trust what they say’, was shortlisted for business book of the year, 2022. He has won best speaker at the MRS conference. And Jon’s first research company, Rosenblatt, was acquired by the Cello Group in 2007.
