Serving as Unilever’s Ice Cream Global Brand & Innovation CMI Director since October 2022, I began my research career at Nielsen in 2003, working across Turkey and the UK before joining Unilever in 2010. I’ve led CMI initiatives across Foods, Refreshment, Home Care, Beauty & Personal Care, and Media & Shopper Insights. Recognized by the Turkish Researchers Association as the nation’s most awarded market researcher, I’ve received 52 awards. A frequent speaker at major events like ESOMAR and the Neuromarketing World Forum, I was honoured as an Insight250 Winner by ESOMAR in 2024. I hold an Honours degree in Business Administration from Galatasaray University and am completed executive AI programs at Oxford’s Saïd Business School and Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
