Noah S Roychowdhury is the Enterprise Director of CX and Insight in S&P Global. He is based out of London and works with colleagues across all 6 divisions to ensure that the business is listening to the customer and taking actions to improve their experiences. Prior to this Noah had worked extensively in technology & retail businesses to develop innovative CX measurement and activation programs across the world. He has also served in leadership role on agency side where his work for diverse clients has been recognized with industry awards. Noah is an alumnus of the London Business School.
