Rob is a seasoned market research professional with a career spanning local, regional, and global roles across leading organizations. With deep expertise in innovation, Rob previously led consumer market research for ice cream innovation at Unilever, driving insight-led strategy across global markets. Currently based in Amsterdam, Rob serves as the Consumer Marketing Insights Lead for Cornetto, Wall’s, and the snacking category at the newly formed Magnum Ice Cream Company. In this role, he continues to shape brand growth through consumer-centric strategy and agile insights. This marks his second year speaking at the IIEX Conference in Amsterdam, where he shares perspectives on innovation, brand building, and the evolving role of insights in driving business impact.
