Salma Nosseir is leading the consumer cocreation and insights center in MEA for Henkel. Her role as part of the regional innovation team and the global consumer technical insights team is to involve consumers throughout the product development process, bridging between technologies and consumer needs aiming at innovations that are truly consumer centric. She comes from a cansumer research background having worked at Nielsen and Kantar and she holds a master’s degree in international marketing management from the university of Leeds as well as bachelor of science degree in both innovation and economics. Salma believes in the power of curiosity, resilience and empathy.
