Amie Lindaas is a market research leader with over 20 years of experience and a proven track record with utilizing customer feedback to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. She is currently the Director of Research and Insights at Cars.com where she focuses on product research, marketing messaging and brand tracking. Throughout her career, Amie has implemented hundreds of research projects, including launching Voice of Customer (VoC) programs, developing brand trackers, establishing research communities, to name a few. She has in-depth experience in research design, implementation and analysis utilizing various research methodologies.
