Founder and President of Weller & Company, Inc., an executive search firm working in marketing science, commercial strategy, and other corporate functions across a wide range of industries. Since opening in 2010, Weller & Company has built a strong reputation for not only finding great people but for having a process where the people matter. For over 20 years, Amy has worked to build a culture of trust in an industry where trust is hard to come by. The ability to make business decisions that consider honesty and respect as much as dollars and cents has been a key to her success. Amy’s vision continues to inspire her team, her colleagues and her family. Amy graduated from Costal Carolina University where she was a proud teammate on the Chants D1 softball program. She is married with 2 daughters and 2 doggies. When she’s not working you’ll find her in the gym, taking care of her garden or watching her girls play hoops!
