Dr. Brandale Mills Cox is a researcher, communications professional, training facilitator, and professor dedicated to inclusive and culturally sensitive market research. As the founder and principal of Inclusive Market Research Group, she helps brands develop diverse engagement strategies through research, training, and DEI strategic planning. She has worked extensively with nonprofits and government agencies. Her passion for diverse representation research is evident in her book, Black Women Filmmakers and Black Love on Screen, as well as her research on Millennial mothers, featured in The Grio and The Bump. A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Dr. Mills Cox holds degrees from the University of New Mexico and Howard University. She currently splits her time between Albuquerque and Washington, D.C., with her husband and their two young children.
