As Senior Director of Research & Insights for University of Phoenix, Dorene Squires leads and supports a team of primary and secondary research professionals. She and her team deliver insights and recommendations on marketplace trends, brands, and customer/user experience that inform strategy, messaging, go-to-market plans, product design, and student services. Dorene is passionate about uncovering compelling insights and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders throughout the organization. She is equally passionate about innovation and exploring new methods and technologies, like AI, to strengthen her team’s capabilities in delivering quality, timely and cost-effective insights and recommendations. Prior to her time in the Education sector, Dorene worked in CPG sector in the Beauty, Household Cleaning and Foods categories where she had held various leadership roles in Market, Category, Shopper, and Consumer Insights.
