As the head of Global Consumer Analytics at The Coca-Cola Company, he has led key initiatives like the AI-powered analytics platform Simon and the most used dataset, BEACH, a global consumer tracking study. His expertise spans marketing analytics, forecasting, pricing, economics, and retail strategy, helping teams make data-driven decisions. He has served on the leadership council of The Minute Maid Business, as an advisor the the Chief Economist of Food Service in North America, and has consulted on nearly every category in the consumer goods space. Eli holds an M.S. in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Economics from West Texas A&M University.
