Elizabeth is a well-rounded market researcher and consultant, with 15 years of Consumer Insights experience on both the supplier and client-side. She currently serves as the Director of Credit Card Insights for Capital One. In this role, Elizabeth focuses on delivering studies that support the end to end product life cycle across all Capital One’s card offerings, as well as identifying new consumer opportunities that reflect shifts in the financial services landscape. Prior to this role, Elizabeth spent time at Kantar and Frank Magid Associates, conducting research across a range of verticals. She is passionate about representing the voice of the consumer to integrate human-centered thinking and perspectives into clients' core business and product decisions. Elizabeth holds a B.S. in Communications from Northwestern University.
