Vanguard

I came to Vanguard by way of utilities and healthcare research. Since 2021 I have been focused on delivering high quality experiences to financial advisors. Most of my research is focused on the digital needs of advisors and how Vanguard can continue to improve its website to support advisors selecting investments, using tools, and reviewing research online. Interviews are one of my favorite ways to conduct user research because conversations are such an excellent way to learn more about a person. When I am not at work, I am a true hobbyist – enjoying the outdoors with my wife and dogs, riding bikes, playing guitar, and working my way through a long list of video games and television shows.
