Kahren Kersten is the Insights Career Network's VP of Research on Research (RoR). RoR is committed to providing an independent voice on issues that matter most to insights professionals. By conducting their own volunteer-run research studies with diverse expert skill sets and innovative techniques, the RoR team develops cutting edge and accessible content to drive fresh thinking on important industry topics. In addition to her work with ICN, Kahren also runs her own consulting practice - Experience Insights - that exists to guide business strategy and product / service innovation with interdisciplinary insights.
