Susan is an accomplished Consumer & Shopper Insights professional with over 25 years experience in the market research industry. As a senior member of Prodege’s client solutions team, Susan leverages her extensive experience to identify the right solutions to meet client needs and provide actionable insights. As a client solutions Senior Director, Susan strives to be her client’s advocate within Prodege and works to facilitate and build the relationship between Prodege and her client. She assures that stakeholder needs are understood, that the Prodege team builds appropriate and actionable research instruments and analyses, and that ultimately the Prodge offering meets (and typically exceeds!) client expectations. Prior to joining Prodege in 2022, Susan held senior positions with GfK, IRI and several boutique research agencies. After raising her family on the East Coast, Susan now enjoys living with her husband and two labradoodles in Colorado.
