We combine diverse methods: ethnography and groups; trends and semiotics; social listening; online communities and mobile insight; quant and data integration. Our KIN network of creators and connectors enables us to collaborate with carefully selected category and culture experts from around the world, on briefs ranging from innovation work to trends identification. And our 'better thinking' toolkit of models and frameworks provides direction in areas such as journey mapping, value propositions, brand strategy and behavioural factors. We reach meaningful outcomes in our work, rather than simply reporting back. We're similarly proud of Socialize - our in-house creative team of designers, film-makers, writers and photographers.
