Insight + Action provides research and consulting to clients in Sustainability, Recycling, Packaging, and Product Development. We:

• Develop strategies for brand owners and packaging converters to increase recycled content, make products and packaging more easily recyclable, and acquire recyclable packaging certification.

• Develop new insights on consumer perceptions about sustainable packaging through survey and qualitative research, to guide new product development and packaging innovation and help brand owners drive brand equity with improved sustainability.

• Assess supply chain, employee, and B2B customers’ positions and needs on sustainability metrics through surveys, interviews, and workshops in order to define new goals and develop strategies to move stakeholders to the next level.
