Voice AI for insight on Health Information Seeking Behavior

The Gates Foundation needed to understand why women in developing countries seek health information online. Using voice AI, we analyzed 4,500 women across 3 countries to find out. We found that women prefer channels with peer voices because they find empowerment there to be informed decision makers. Voice AI delivers qualitative depth at the scale clients like Gates demand.
