After graduating food engineering and statistics in 2006, Gaël has started his career at Kantar TNS followed by Millward Brown. He joined L’Oréal Research and Innovation team in 2013 working across 7 international hubs on consumers knowledge and evaluation to created innovative formulas with the labs. He returned to more branded consumer insights for international marketing development within the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty division in 2018. Today he’s director of the consumer insights for 4 brands within the division: CeraVe, La Roche Posay, SkinCeuticals and Vichy, particularly focusing on how medical insights can accelerate the growth of these dermatological brands.
