Jory Des Jardins spent her career building narrative and driving adoption for frontier technologies — from co-founding BlogHer, one of the first major platforms for women's digital media (acquired 2014), to blockchain, privacy tech, cloud, and AR/VR. Today, as founder of Candor Partners, she works at the edge of AI transformation, tracking adoption patterns across dozens of organizations in real time. She's the creator of Human Agency Architecture (HAA), a framework helping leaders decide which decisions to hand to AI and which to keep firmly in human hands — and the "Trough of Accountability," her name for what happens when organizations move faster than their judgment. Jory speaks and teaches on this work through LinkedIn Learning, Maven, and has appeared in Fast Company, Inc., Adweek, Forbes, and The New York Times.
