Julia Isaacs is a qualitative strategist based in Madison, Wisconsin. She works at KNow Research, a full-service, female-forward qualitative firm, where she has co-led her team’s explorative AI Initiative since 2023. Through this work, Julia has developed a passion for using AI to help teams unlock the wealth of knowledge that already exists within their organizations, breaking down what were once historical knowledge silos to make insights retrieval, data visualization, and foresight more accessible to all.
