Kathy founded Nexxt Intelligence with 20+ years of global market research experience, and a conviction that quantitative research could be improved by adding a qualitative dimension and using qualitative principles of building rapport, engagement, projectives, and probing to deliver a better participant experience, better quality data, and richer insights. That’s the motivation behind inca, Nexxt Intelligence’s Conversational AI suite of products that always has the human at the center, quant rigour with deep human understanding. Prior to Nexxt Intelligence, Kathy held senior positions at Ipsos and Environics. Kathy holds a master’s degree in English Literature and Cross-cultural Communication. Kathy is a frequent presenter and speaker at ESOMAR, IIEX, Quirk’s, CRC, CRIC, Insight Platforms, etc., and was on the CEO Forum panel at the 2024 ESOMAR Congress. Kathy is a proud recipient of the Insight Association 2024 class of Laureates.
