Prior to Suzy Melissa was the VP, Customer Engagement and Marketing at an AI, SaaS startup called Plutoshift. Prior to that, she worked at digital first agencies where she led full funnel campaigns driving both awareness and acquisition goals. At iCrossing, a performance marketing agency, she helped Clients use data and analytics to drive results through media (SEM, Social, Display/Programmatic, etc.), creative campaigns and test-and-learn strategies. Her work helped DirecTV NOW achieve 1MM subscribers in its first year and the NBA increased subscriptions by 30% YoY for International League Pass.
