Over 19 years of experience in the consumer insights industry. Worked across Synovate (Now Ipsos), Kantar, Disney, L'Oreal and currently at Mondelez. Started her research career with qualitative research, won papers at MRSI and ESOMAR, speaker and jury at global conferences like MRMW, IIEX, ESOMAR and MRSI. Monika is passionate about piloting new digital and AI based tools. She has completed the Google Prompt Essentials course, a 12-hour training on AI prompts for Qualitative research as well as conducted 6 FGDs with industry users of AI and how to write prompts for Qualitative and Quantitative research.
