Jasmin Omar is a licensed pharmacist and has a Ph.D. in Cancer and Pharmaceutical Sciences, currently working in Consumer Science R&D at Haleon. After qualifying as a pharmacist in 2019 and supporting NHS services through COVID-19, she completed her Ph.D. at King’s College London, including two years at A*STAR in Singapore, developing novel biomaterials for retinal repair. Her work has led to seven publications with over 200 citations. At Haleon, she drives initiatives to transform how consumer insights are generated and used, leading capability programmes, piloting innovative and AI-enabled research approaches, and contributing to enterprise-wide research and knowledge management transformation.
