Gareth Lewis is Joint Managing Director at Space Doctors, a global cultural and brand strategy consultancy and Certified B Corp within the Human8 group. He works with leadership teams to embed culture centricity into organisational decision making, helping brands navigate cultural and behavioural change with clarity and confidence. Gareth regularly delivers cultural leadership training for marketing teams and industry bodies including the MRS and ESOMAR, and has presented his work on cultural intelligence at major forums such as ESOMAR Congress 2025. His client experience includes supporting organisations such as Procter & Gamble, The Coca Cola Company and Givaudan in building strategic cultural capability. A problem solver with deep global experience, Gareth established and grew Space Doctors’ APAC office, network and client base from Singapore in the late 2010s.
