Passionate about uncovering insights that fuel brand growth, Sandra is a dynamic thought leader in strategic marketing and innovation. As Global Strategic Insights Manager at The HEINEKEN Company, she leverages deep consumer understanding to shape brand and product strategies. Previously, as Director of Innovation & Consumer Insights at Lagunitas Brewing Company, Sandra led the development of the consumer insights function to bring consumer-centricity to the business as well as developing a multi-year innovation pipeline. Her earlier experience includes roles in Brand Management, Innovation and Category Planning at companies like Peet’s Coffee, Diageo, Unilever and Kao Brands.
