Wim Hamaekers is an expert in consumer and shopper behaviour and is passionate about how consumers and shoppers behave and make decisions.  This led him to develop methods and approaches to better understand consumer behaviour with which he won 3 Esomar awards. Wim has more than 20 years of experience on the customer and agency side. He is also a guest lecturer at the UBA, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, PXL, and Vlerick Ghent, and a renowned keynote speaker at international conferences. Wim holds a bachelor in Marketing and a master in Communication Sciences.
