Refund Policy
You may request a full refund if your cancellation has been received in writing by February 28, 2026 (60 days before the event date).
You may request a 50% refund if your ticket cancellation request has been received in writing by March 30, 2026 (30 days before the event date).
Unfortunately, we cannot grant refunds or credits for cancellations received after March 30, 2026th.
At any point, a substitute may attend in your place. However, the status of the replacement (brand/researcher/academic) may affect the original fee charged.
No refunds or credits will be granted for no-shows.
