Who should attend IIEX West?
IIEX West is ideal for Perfect for teams and practitioners who prefer a regional event due to time, travel, or budget considerations. Should I attend IIEX North America or IIEX West?
Both events are designed to work together. IIEX North America brings the global insights community together for new ideas, partnerships, and innovation. IIEX West continues that momentum in a more focused environment where you can engage directly with brand and tech leaders driving change. Each event adds something different to your strategy. Attending both gives you the full picture and the strongest return for your team.
Will we be wearing headphones to listen to sessions?
The Red and Green Stages require the use of headphones to access the session audio. However, headphones will be distributed and re-collected at the stages, so attendees will not keep them on throughout the day. The Blue Stage does not use headphones.
Refunds & Cancellations
What if I can’t attend, can someone else use my ticket?
Yes! You’re welcome to send a substitute in your place at any time. Just note: the replacement’s status (brand, researcher, academic, etc.) must match the original ticket type, or the fee may be adjusted.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend the event?
Yes, our refund policy is as follows: - Full refund: If you cancel in writing at least 60 days before the event. - 50% refund:If you cancel in writing at least 30 days before the event. - No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
Do you offer refunds for no-shows?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or credits for no-shows. Please notify us in advance if a substitution is needed.
I received a discount code after purchasing my ticket. Can it be applied retroactively?
Discount codes cannot be applied to registrations after purchase. Additionally, our standard cancellation policies apply: cancellations made in writing at least 60 days before the event are eligible for a full refund, and those made at least 30 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event. If you choose to cancel and repurchase, current pricing will apply based on the active ticket tier at the time of registration.
